How do I tell HA to watch for an email?

I have a “smart” water softener that will send an email alert if the water has been running for a long time. Typically, it’s just a stuck toilet, but could be worse. I get these alerts on rare occasion, but typically don’t notice the email alert until many hours later.
Is there a way to have HA watch an inbox for a specific sender or phrase or something?
I can setup a dedicated email address for HA to monitor if that helps at all.
Thoughts?

Galaxy Watch 4 and emails

Hi there,
I've a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic and I'm trying to access my email through it. I've seen that I can only use the Outlook app. However, in that app, I can not see all emails. It only says that I have nothing new to read.
Is there any option to see all emails?
One more question: When I receive a notification of new email, I can not open to see the body of the email so I only see the subject. Is this normal?

GMail user here: I uninstalled outlook and can open the Gmail notifications just fine, displaying the content of the e-mail.

it's a scam, the best way to tell is from the sender's e-mail address, which 99.9 percent of the time does not have to do with the actual company or it would be misspelled. I just got one this morning.
was the hidden link, which redirects to;

also, the sender of my scam e-mail was;
noreply+automations @ airtableemail . com
it was a dead giveaway and very suspicious to see at the bottom of the e-mail stating;
"Sent Via Automations by Airtable"
(UPDATE) - Look at the screenshot I've provided, this is what happens when you click on the link, it redirects you, and once you put in your information, it asks for things that you should know it's a scam, obviously, I put in fake information to be able to take screenshots so you all can be aware!!

Is there a way to read whole emails on your smartwatch?

I've looked into apps that would allow reading whole emails instead of just the preview card.
Right now it seems like only Inbox and the Gmail app can do it. Now, I'd rather not use the gmail app, as for one reason or another it would be a pain in the ass up for me to set up.
I've asked an invitation for Inbox but it was weeks ago and I'm not exactly holding my breath for it.
Is anyone aware of other solutions?

I was a longtime K9 user and got fed up with the battery drain on mail apps so I switched to a cloud email client called CloudMagic. Its amazing and uses only 2% of my battery rather than 7-12. And it has the best AW integration of any mail app and is less taxing on my CPU
I have mutliple email accounts BTW, personal and work
